Our recommendation when you come to our showroom for your first visit is to bring rough measurements of your countertops. Your first visit we will discuss topics from stone options to sink selection. We will also take time to discuss questions or concerns you may have.     Then you will move to the next area which is selecting your slab.
#2
The exciting step is selecting the stone. Please note that different stones can offer different benefits. Natural stone such as granite offers natural features such as exclusive color, natural imperfections and color variations as it comes from the earth and is located all over the world. Quartz is a manmade created stone designed to look somewhat like granite and marble. Quartz offers minimum care and comes with manufacturers limited Warranty. With your rough measurements we will be able to give you a quote for the stones you have selected.

When you selected the stone, edge, backsplash, sink, we will start your proposal and go over warranties. After your paperwork is signed we ask for 50% deposit so that we can schedule your template.
#4
On the day of your scheduled template our guys will meet you at your home to do a field measure which is called a template. This accurate measurement can only be accomplished if All cabinetry is in place. Also note that your new project will be installed 7-10 business days after the template is completed.

We will start fabricating your stone. Our guys will cut the slab and start polishing the countertop to get it ready for the day of installation.
#6
When your stone is almost ready being fabricated we will give you a call to schedule your installation date. Keep in mind that it is important that if you need a faucet cutout, we will need you to have the faucet ready on site for the day of installation. Make sure you book an appointment with your plumber and have everything disconnected for our guys.

On the day of installation our guys will come over and install your countertops and if its a natural stone the first sealing is on us which means you won't have to seal your natural stone countertops for the next 6 months. Now you can sit back and enjoy the view of your new stone countertop!
